Does anyone know why Billy Bennett is handling kick-offs this season when we have a freshman on the team perfectly capable of kicking into the endzone?

I know Bennett wanted to handle kick offs his senior year since he hasn't down so his entire college career, but c'mon!

We don't have anyone on this squad who can do a better job on kick-offs? What are our opponents averaging on kick off returns this year? How many times have we handed our opponents fantastic field position due to our inability to kick the ball through the endzone?

Can you imagine what Florida and Auburn will do if we lose the battle of field position?

Well, if Andy Bailey is better at kicking off than Billy, then I'm sure he'd be in there. You're right though, Bennett is terrible kicking off. He either kicks it out of bounds or to about the 7 or 8 yard line.

I miss Brett Kirouac. :frown:
