Refs for OM game
After our last few games, I can honestly say this...

For the first time ever, I'll be happy to see SEC refs walk into LBMS on 10/17.

That guy who didn't call the body slam on Ole Miss wasn't good. Was he the same ref who didn't flag the pass interference?

But the AAC refs are no day at the beach, either.

How was the defender to know that the receiver did not catch the ball. It was loud, hard to hear a whistle.

He was making a tackle. That was the proper call.

Play called for penalty no matter if he caught he ball or not. Never proper to pick a guy up and slam him into ground. A suplex has always been a PF.

I posted several times last year that it seemed we got badly hosed when playing "old BigEast" teams, and that's who we played the last 2 games.

I assume against Kansas & Bowling Green we had AAC refs too. I think I recall against Kansas there were a few calls I thought went against us.

Of course, getting badly hosed by our own conference officials will be nothing compared to what the SEC refs will do to protect one of their own ranked teams, who would might be knocked out of the polls by a loss to us.

Not true...

There was a play in the NFL yesterday when a guy was lifted up and dumped on his head...No foul

So big deal an NFL official is also poor at their job. It is just that this type of play is not the focus of the officials this year. Doesn't mean it is not in violation with the rules.

I have said this. And I mean it. We have terrible officials. SEC officials do give us a bias not in our favor. I'm truly torn. Why can't we have quality officials?

Remember the game we dove across the goaline and they penalized the play in such a way that it wasn't after the play? Pulled TD off board and made it first and goal on 16......CRAZY ISHT

Technically I think it falls under "Unnecessary Roughness" but I've only seen it called like once or twice and usually its way after the whistle has blown or dude's forward progress has been stopped for a good bit.
