RE: Rest of year?
There are 4 games the rest of the way where losing would be absolutely embarrassing. There are 3 road games that all are going to be big time tests. 3-0 would be excellent and I think have UC with a chance to win the East. 2-1 would be solid, but make for another 9-3 not quite where we should be kind of season, and 1-2 or worse would be very disappointing.

Anywhere between 6-6 and 10-2 is possible. 7-5 through 9-3 is probably the most realistic if we believe that UC will win the four games they should be favored in.

UC should beat UConn and UCF
UC should be favored against Tulsa and USF but those games are far from locks.
UC will probably be underdogs against BYU, Houston, and ECU; however, all three are games that UC can win.

Take it easy there, Skippy... I said it before and I'll say it again: there's not a game left we cannot win, but there's also not a game left that we cannot lose.

This team is not losing to UCF, UCONN, or Tulsa at home.

They SHOULDN'T, that's for sure. Find a way to take one of the remaining road games and we're bowling. This team needs the bowl for extra practices. I'd say 7-5 or 8-4.

they could and should win all but 1. with the expectations coming into this year no reason to lose two of these.

RE: Rest of year?
8-4 is the best they can go based on what I've seen through 5 games. Road games at BYU and East Carolina will be tough environments to get a win. If the Cats can avoid the "WTF" losses they will win all three remaining home games and the road game against USF. The road game at Houston is a toss up at this point. Time will tell on that one as it gets closer (Nov. 7th). The key is will the Cats play consistent to the level of the Canes' game the rest of the way or will they play consistently inconsistent.

RE: Rest of year?
Almost impossible to predict what happens to this team.

Will it be the Miami FL team that shows up for the Miami OH one?

If they play like they did against Miami OH they'll lose to any of those opponents remaining.

If they play like they did against the Canes they'll beat any of those remaining opponents.

I think Tulsa is going to be a lot tougher than people think. Houston and BYU are obvious tough games.

Agree, Tulsa can score and will be fighting for a bowl game late in the year. I haven't been impressed by BYU but going to Provo is a huge challenge.

I agree. It's playing on the road at BYU that is going to be the challenging aspect. Plus you just don't know what UC team is going to show up.
