I wouldn't wish that on anyone right now. The only folks I know who have it worse are Dawg fans.

How about being a Nebraska fan. 3 losses by a total of 9 points- including a Hail Mary pass and OT game.

Or worse yet- being a UAB fan. They probably would take any of the heartache of any of these teams.

Nah, Georgia only loses 1 more game, Florida.

I have trouble calling a B.Y.U. desperation pass a "Hail Mary". I say they stuck it out there and didn't care what receiver got it. For them it should be a "sister wife".

While heartbreaking, they at least have the excuse of the growing pain from a regime change.

That's my point, Jawja fans actually believed they were CFP bound this year. But the Dawgs are eventually going to post a meaningless 11-2 season and will end up giving Richt an extension. Honestly, if they win the CCG, I can see the committee leaving the SEC out.

Don't feel sorry for them.

well, don't think Oklahoma has WVU to worry about- WVU just lost maybe their best defensive player for the season. safety Karl Joseph (who had 5 INT this year already) out for the year. Timing couldn't be worse with Oklahoma St, Baylor, and TCU on deck rest of the month.

Oklahoma doesn't have WVU to worry about because we've already played and they won. You might want to add State after the first Oklahoma there, dude.

It's a big blow. But it's not going to hurt WVU's defense as much as you think. True junior Jeremy Tyler has been Joseph's backup for the last 3 years, and he's actually better in pass coverage than Joseph.

The Mountaineers will definitely miss KJ's physical presence on the field. When he was out there, he had everybody's head on a swivel, looking to see where the hammer was.

But injuries are part of the game. Thankfully, WVU finally has the depth that an injury like this shouldn't totally derail the season. It's harder, but not much.

Huh what? Most people would call that a Hail Mary.

Ah! Now I see what you did there.

Ouch ~ I already feel bad for my Knoxville-based family. Though having 13 point leads going into the 4th is not something the Vols were doing a few years back.
