I think official practices
begin tomorrow or Monday. As I recall, October 4th is when practices are allowed to begin.

Official practice started yesterday (Friday) at 2:00 pm. Today practice is at 2:00 pm.

I was under the impression that full practice didn't start until 40 days before the first game, which would be this coming Monday. Maybe they saved up their workout times in the last week so they could start a little earlier. And I could be easily be mistaken on the number of days.

They just voted to move it up to 42 days which was why we were able to practice Friday. It had something to do with Sundays falling in there. You can google "When do Division One basketball practices begin" and read the explanation.
