I think if Houston soundly beats a good Tulsa team on the road while Louisville wins at Nc state, Houston might have the best chance of being ranked. I am very impressed with them so far.

Virginia tech has already lost 3 games.

And Navy and Florida are both undefeated. Florida will be top 15 after this game. Navy will be ranked soon too

By the way, there are now 4 AAC teams in the top 25 of the npi at warrennolan.com.

Memphis and Temple deserve to be there. Memphis is getting jobbed the same way UC used to get it: ranked at the end of the season; nowhere to be found in the following season's poll.

I think Navy deserves more attention as well. They may well be the best team in the conference right now. I'm glad to see ECU playing better as well.

Houston is a good team as well. But neither team is either (i) a somewhat proven commodity (Memphis); or (ii) has a signature win (Temple). They could be top-25 caliber teams but I just haven't seen it yet. This could be the deepest AAC football roster we'll see in a while.

It feels like it's never been this blatant how biased the polls are as it is lately, because at least 2 and probably 3 of our teams have earned a spot in the 20s at least after nearly half the season.

No. Next week if undefeated?...yes

UF will move up to top 25. Doubtful any AAC school does. If Navy and or Memphis wins next week, odds are good they rise.

Florida is already ranked. They'll be top 15 at least

Houston will be close

Miss State, WV and Wisky should drop off

Iowa will jump in and probably Toledo the third will be interesting could be Boise

The MWC is pretty bad this year. Hopefully pollsters recognize that when considering Boise.
