Who Schedules These Start Times?
2PM Ohio-Akron
3PM UT-BSU
3PM NIU-CMU
3PM FIU-UMass
3:30 PM Miami-Kent
3:30 PM BGSU-Buffal0
Not great for MAC viewership. Should have 12:00PM, 3:30PM, 7:00PM
starts. Times are too clustered.

Gotta love ESPN3.com. Nothing like that great tv coverage...

I don't understand. Why does it matter? Everyone gets an "ideal" start time. No one cares about watching all of these game except the handful of people on this board.

Since this means CMU / NIU is not on at the same time as MSU / U of M today, could be good for attendance.

RE: Who Schedules These Start Times?
BGSU-UB is on ESPN College Extra today.
We need more MAC games on College Extra.

New ESPN channels offered by most cable/satellite providers showing selected ESPN3 games. My provider (Brighthouse) has 8 channels, although the most I've seen them use so far at any one time is 6.
Kinda aggravating to see MAC games bypassed for D-2 and D-3 games. Hopefully, it gets better.

Go here for the College Extra schedule. They usually update it Monday or Tuesday of each week.
On Brighthouse, the College Extra channels are part of the Sports Pass package, which is $10/month.

I have DISH, but also ROKU and so get WatchESPN/ESPN3 on my TV that way. Same difference, I guess.
For the most part, with one major difference. I always prefer to have NIU games on cable so I can use the DVR. Having to use a Screen Capture program to make a recording from WatchESPN is a pain in the a**.

MAC schedules games on weeknights in prime time so more people can watch on TV = why is the MAC making it hard for people to watch the games in person.
MAC schedules games on Saturday afternoon so more people can watch the games in person = why is the MAC making it hard for people to watch the games on TV.
some folks are never satisfied.

For games not on ESPN/2/U, don't the home teams determine the start times?

(Actually, you can watch replays of the ESPN3 games anytime. Not sure how long they keep those available, however.)
That's too funny! Keep the faith, hasn't been that long since 2012. Good times will return (maybe)!
As far as the replays, most of NIU's games that were shown on ESPN3 were available for over a year afterwards.

BTW, UT @ BSU (ASN produced) is on one of DirecTV's channels. Think 665-1.
