T.J. Cromer leads the team in scoring, 3-pointers made and 3-point %.

He'll also lead the Socon in made 3s and 3-point %. And he will finish top 3 in the Socon for scoring.

CRAZY ENOUGH FOR YA? Because we are loaded.

The NCAA grants Zakee Wadood a 5th year of eligibility and he joins the team mid season. Every other socon team forfeits their games against us, and we are a 1 seed in the NCAAs. We play Lipscomb in the first round and win in overtime.

Christmas comes early for ETSU fans as we drop the hammer on the vols in Knoxville. We go undefeated at home this year and lose no more than 2 conference games en route to a Socon championship.

Forbes is ETSU's head coach for 15+ years.

This is interesting. So much has been speculated on there that we will only have Forbes for 1-3 years. Whatever...I'm happy we have him today and for as long as he is willing to serve the institution.

But, I think the idea of a guy in his early 50s who is just getting his own D1 gig...to actually put down roots and makes it his own for long term. Who knows? If he wins and wins big...perhaps he builds a legacy here.

What I do know is one of his family members is on here regularly, so maybe he can give some insight on the family business.

So many mid-major coaches have moved on up only to flop. I guess if one wants to start a nice, fast investment portfolio, then a big major contract could launch that no matter the coaching outcome. For me, I would want to more slowly build my financial plan while enjoying being a big fish in a small pond for as long as I could.
