Yep - the guy is big time. I have no doubt that he could lead us to rapid success during a potential FBS transition.

Meanwhile I am just enjoying watching the team and hoping we can keep him until that day comes.

I worry that our coaching staff especially Withers and Elliott are going to be poached by the end of next season if we keep this winning trajectory going and haven't announced FBS intentions by then. Withers was a great hire and has completely made a 180 turn around with this program. Hope we can keep him for years to come into FBS success. He seems to be an outstanding leader and does a wonderful job coaching/firing up/keeping players focused each and every game. He also seems to kill it on the recruiting trail. He also is an awesome marketer of the JMU brand and really seems to be doing everything he can to get us in the national spotlight.
