Uniforms 10/24 vs. UConn

Blah.

I love the helmets. Wouldn't want them as a permanent helmet because the Cpaw is so great, but for a one game, homecoming at Nipper I think they are great.

I'd rather win than play dress up.

Holy crap those are bad. UA needs to give up on the airbrushed at the mall looking helmets

UC needs to go with the all black uniforms - starting this week.

I'm not really into uniforms. I do think the jerseys look cool, but ultimately I could care less. If someone could make a scientific explanation on how this would help us win more I would be much more concerned with these threads.

These are some of my favorite uniforms that I have seen for UC. While no uniform actually causes a team to win, it is something that is a big recruitment tool. The kids see teams with flashy uniforms and it does factor into their decision.

I imagine we'll see them this week since it is a "Blackout" game.

In all honesty though I really don't like the look of the all-black UA uniforms-- I think it is the black pants that don't do anything for me.
That being said, I really don't care much for these UA uniforms as a whole. I guess I am in the minority of fan who actually liked Adidas better*.


* For football. I did not care for the Adidas basketball gear.

I'm with you. I liked the Adidas uniforms better. But, with the money UA is paying us, I'd be ok with the guys wearing friggin' clown shoes.
