Post what you're doing in your city or area if you're not going to be at the game.
I googled the Baylor alumni network and found they have already scheduled several watch parties around the country for this contest:
http://www.baylor.edu/alumni/network/ind...?id=925827
Baylor currently lists watch parties for Baylor fans in the following locations:
San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Boise, Denver, El Paso, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Chicago, The Woodlands, NYC, Arlington VA, Washington D.C., Mt Pleasant SC, Atlanta, Boston, Dayton OH.
Since it's last-minute time, a good bet to be sure you get to see the game at the restaurant/bar location near you is to go watch the game with the opposition and perhaps wear your Rice hat and/or shirt. (Two weeks ago, I went to the UT watch party and the UT people were actually pretty friendly to me and invited me to sit and watch together with them instead of on my own.)
Baylor vs. Rice Watch Party – (Atlanta Baylor Alumni)
Sep. 26, 2015 at 3:00pm EST
Whitehall Tavern
(This is the old Cheyenne Grill location, facing Peachtree Street.)
I will plan on being there at Whitehall Tavern in the ATL on Saturday in my Rice hat should anyone else wish to come out and watch together. While not a formal event, it is a central location and would be fun for anyone who wishes to watch the game and be sure the restaurant has it playing on the TV.
