Possible Basketball Commitments for 2016 Early Signing Period?
Does anyone who follows High School Basketball Recruiting closely have any insights on possible 2016 commitments to the UT Men's Basketball Program during the Nov 11-18th early signing period? The Rockets will have two scholarships available for the 2016 Class and four scholarships for the 2017 Class.

no inside scoops but the rockets have been active in offering players, especially in the 2017 class. i would expect them to sign a big and the best player they can get regardless of position for 2016, although we do have taylor the big transfer rs this yr eligible for next season so that gives the staff a lil flexibility.

still feel UT needs a 6'6" swing that is athletic and can guard on the perimeter. Williams and Lauf will both be seniors next year.

Clear need for an athletic 6,10-11" McDonald's AA type four and a mercurial 6'7" PG who can rainthrees and lock down on 3 positions on D. I'd settle for a solid center and UTrocks84's guy.

I'm hoping Nate Navigato can fill that role (and do much more on offense). But the team is very thin at the SF spot, which will put them in a lot of three-guard situations.

Yeah, me too. Nothing but home runs. We've had enough strike outs and singles the last thirty Five years to last the rest of my life. Mid Majors rock stars status is a great goal.

I am looking forward to seeing the six freshmen in action to actually see what this team looks like.
