RE: B1G adds more teams to "P5" List
It's for the B1G's new requirement that 1 OOC game of the now-limited 3 you play each year must be a P5 team. 1 of the 3 teams. Well, since weaker B1G teams are crying, they go "Okay, okay. We'll let you count BYU. They may join a P5 in the future. And Cinci. They may join the B12 in the future, too. We'll give you those." Then the weaker B1G teams still crying, and they say "Okay, okay. We'll give you ARMY and UConn."

Honestly what would the Big Ten do if they wouldn't or couldn't schedule a P5 school? Fine them? Kick them out?

ESPN's McMurphy is reporting that NAVY is also being included in the Power 5 list.

Perceived upgraded SOS to increase the leagues chance of getting teams in the playoff.

Our quality of play pushes toward that list, and our directional name pushes us away....
