I kept watching. I wasn't expecting a comeback victory, but just to see if we were going to show any signs of life to build on for this week. Just didn't happen.

I left the game with about seven minutes left. It was not the rain. I don't feel like I quit on the team. I just could not bear to watch any more. It just plain hurt too much.

All right .... I have read a lot about this game and am ready to move on. If someone before the game would have asked me to sketch out the worst possible scenario it probably would have looked a lot like that game.

As pathetic as it was .... replaying it is not going to change the result. We got our butt handed to us, on our field, in front of the Monarch faithful. Embarassed, humiliated, and beat on multiple levels. Worst game in history, blah!! Blah!!! Blah!!

OK, I'm officially over it and ready to travel to Marshall on Saturday and see how this team rebounds. This is my team - win, lose, draw, screwup. As Lincoln once said, "This too shall pass" -- speaking of pass, I hope that we come out on Saturday relaxed, nothing to lose, and start unleashing the Monarch that has been hiding -- how about some gunslinging!! I don't care if we lose as long as the effort is there and we play to our capability -- but let's grab that herd by the nose and kick them in the a$$. Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war!! GO MONARCHS!!
