...and if freedom at death is what you craved?..
you will die knowing you were a fcking slave.

The State Dept says the fee is in response to demand. lol @ the govt for creating that demand. Anyway, still a win for those that wish to expatriate since they will save a hell of a lot more than $2K from the tax savings in the long run.
