Figured we should start this before everyone throws their predictions into the other thread, dragging it off-topic

Rice finally limits turnovers and reminds everyone why they should have been considerably more competitive in the UT game. Driphus doesn't have his best passing game, but shows improvements over the prior two weeks. Rice o-line and RB's continue to dominate. Rice's defense continues to look solid against unexceptional offenses, holding a 3rd straight opponent to <300 total yards.

They break one long pass for a TD, but otherwise have no answer for our domination in the trenches on both sides

You are just so unbelievably wrong!!! We will be up in arms over Turner getting too many 4th quarter snaps and Stehling/German not getting to "run the offense." We'll be ok with the play calling for once!

I guess you missed the three in seventy-three. That means we failed at some point to get a first down in or near the red zone, and had to settle for the seasons first FG. probably because we let the senior QB attempt a pass, and he ran instead.

There will be calls for German in the second quarter, just as a couple of years ago there were calls to start the hero of the AFA game. I have heard that the back-up quarterback is always the most popular member of any team. it appears the third teamer sometimes fits that bill.
