"Cautious optimism" is a bylaw of being a UAB football fan. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to simply believe that the future for UAB football is going to be great? To not have to examine every happening or quotation for a dark underside forboding ill fortune?

Maybe that announcement will cause some students to lose energy about the UAB Football issue prior to scheduled vote. Figure it is a done deal.
