Yes. Just like Lobbyist & Trustee Emeritus Joe Fine was the first person the Board of Trustees called when they felt threatened in Montgomery with the call for a change in Board structure/makeup. They need to grow more of these for the future after ol' Joe gets old & retires/expires. A cushy 6 figure job & State retirement insures he will be their guy forever.

Because they can do that & they know they aren't responsible to anyone - there is no oversight - there is no method of punishment if they do bad things. Finis St. John loves to say (as he did on WBHM in Feb. 2015) that the Board answers to the People. Yet he knows there is no possible mechanism for "the people" to stop the things they do. It's unlimited & unbridled power & everyone knows it.

Don't forget Finis the 5th, is Clay's co-worker at Maynard, Cooper. Don't you know both Finis V & Clay are being groomed for the Good Ol' Boys BOT club to carry on the shenanigans for the next generation too.
