An active shooter has been reported at Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss., the school confirmed Monday shortly before 11 a.m. local time on Twitter.

The school went into lockdown, with students instructed to stay indoors and away from the windows as authorities work to track the suspect.

The NRA has always denounced gun crimes.

And it is illegal to carry a firearm on University property in MS., unless you the popo.
So far looks like perp walked into professor's office shot him and left. Personal issue?

FOX13 has learned that two people have been confirmed dead. One was shot on campus and another off campus.

Bolivar Sheriff's Office tells FOX13 that Jobe Hall and Broom Hall are being evacuated. Both halls are near the shooting scene.

I still think LaPierre still talks about how armed people could disrupt many of these situations. What changed is that the NRA no longer mentions the idea in aftermath of active shooter incidents occur.

and that line applies here. A good guy with a gun probably could have stopped or limited this crime. I would assume he will wait and not try to politicize this immediately.
