I actually thought it would open at 38, a bit lower than expected. 33 or 38 I don't think NIU covers in this game. Ohio State is coming off a full week of preparation unlike Hawaii, and they will be looking to clean up some of their 1st half sloppiness vs Hawaii (despite winning 38-0)
