What's y'all thoughts on this game?

Iowa wins by 10, H1 continues to get pissed off by these okay wins because it means the coach wont be fired at the end of the year even though Iowa is just a midpack team and hasn't beat many name opponents.

Beating Iowa State this year helped him as well. I know most folks around the country wont realize that, but getting that win in Ames was a step in the "right" direction.

Given my soft spot for MSU, Narduzzi I hope makes it a competitive game and get that damn Pitt smashmouth culture going like their pro football and hockey team get. (Minus that whiney ***** Crosby).

For me it's confusing to read Pitt. Despite all of our flaws, the team is 2-0 when we traditionally get beat by a team like YSU or Akron. We picked a bad time to have a QB battle esp w/ our stud RB out. As long as our defense holds Iowa below 20, I like our chances. I think this is going to be a fun game to watch.

For some reason, when I think of Pitt vs. Iowa, my mind conjures up a 1930's gridiron battle.

Iowa will win and Ferentz will stay.
