Cool Congratulations from a Hog Fan!
That was a very good team that beat us today. We just made way too many mistakes and didn't establish the run. Relied on Brandon Allen too much. Too many penalties. Our season isn't over, even though it feels like that for me. You guys might end up a ranked team, who knows? But right now I just feel down. We were supposed to win that one easy, and we totally fell flat on our face. Good job guys you earned it. 04-cheers

You've been a class act, Ryan. The Hogs will right the ship! I know UT fans will be pulling for you. Hope none of the myriad injuries were serious.

We are still in Little Rock. Arkansas fans are a class act. Attending this game was a great experience. That tailgate on the golf course was nuts. The Brad Paisley concert was cool. The city made quite an event out of the game in LR.

And...the pig seewie chant was a unique experience.

Thanks for the commentary. We will be rooting for Arkansas. Our biggest challenge now is how Toledo comes down from a huge win and plays as passionate against Iowa State at home.

Go Rockets! Go Hogs!

Long term, we might have done Arkansas a favor. This could be the game that gets rid of Bielema.

Thanks for dropping by both before and after the game.

Not that it is any consolation for you but big losses or big wins early in the season rarely turn out to be as significant as we initially think they are---how a team plays the rest of their season actually goes a long way to determine exactly how important that early season game really was. A team is rarely as good or as bad as one early season game may indicate. It is a just a fact of life that fans naturally over-react and tend to get way too high after a big win and way too low after a big loss.

Came away very impressed by the Arkansas faithful. Nothing but class. I had numerous Razorback fans come up to me after the game to congratulate the Rockets on the W and mentioned how good of a game we played. The tailgating experience on the golf course was unreal. You guys sure are dedicated to your team and there's a lot of you. Best of luck the rest of the way.

I hope every one of you Rockets fans get pink eye(I've had it and it's uncomfortable). Good game Saturday. This state is still in a bit of shock. Not because you guys don't have a solid program, you do. This Arkansas team, however, on paper appears to have the potential to be good. Very good. A lot of NFL talent, several position groups that rank very high nationally, not just in the SEC. You had a thread asking if this was the biggest win in school history. I know you've knocked off some bigger schools before, but this team is widely thought of as having a chance to win the division this year. We are still trying to wrap our heads around Saturday.
Good luck with your season and bowl game. I hope we play again sometime in Fayetteville(NBA much nicer than Little Rock), and thanks for the cathartic release.

P.S. I don't really hope anyone gets pink eye. Since it's viral it could be dangerous to children, the elderly, and anyone with an autoimmune disease. I do, however, hope you all get a hang nail or something....

RE: Congratulations from a Hog Fan!
In listening to the local sports call in shows the on air talent had no idea who Toledo was other that the Rockets have an Alabama transfer at QB and a good running back on suspension. In talking with fans during the game they had little to no knowledge of the Rockets. The reason the Razorbacks could not get the ground game is that no team is able to run on this team the last two previous years. Pass yes. Dear god yes. But this year the rush defense is the best yet and the secondary is vastly improved. No question the Hogs shot themselves in their collective feet numerous times but they got out played physically. Hope the Rockets set a fire under the Razorbacks and they get back on track.

Thanks for dropping by and keeping it classy. With expectations for the Razorbacks being sky high this year, this has to be a very bitter pill to swallow. However, hopefully your team can correct the problem and get back on track for a great season.

Never mind.

That, and somehow we have had a pretty stiff red zone defense. In recent years teams have burned us big time between the 20's (and you know who irritating that can be), but somehow we make it very difficult in the red zone.
