The AAC and MAC had big weeks. The AAC won the week with a 6-4 record and surged to #1 in the overall standings. Highlights were Houston and Memphis defeating P5 foes Louisville and Kansas.
The MAC also had a big week, finishing second and moving from#4 to #2 in the overall standings. The MAC also picked up two wins versus P5 including Toledo's "exceptional" win versus ranked P5 Arkansas.
In contrast, CUSA and the MWC, ranked #1 and #2 last week, had disastrous weeks, going 0-8 and 0-10 respectively to finish 4th and 5th. Finally, the Sun Belt was #3 for the week but remained in overall last place.

* 1.5 win credits for win vs unranked P5 opponent
& 2.0 win credits for win vs ranked P5 opponent
METHOD:
1) Only OOC results count.
2) A conference gets credit for 1.5 wins if it beats a team from (a) a P5 conference, including Notre Dame, or (b) a ranked team (in the AP or Coaches poll Top 25) from a G5 Conference. So this qualifies as a "quality win".
If the ranked team is P5, the conference is credited with 2 wins for an "exceptional" win.
If the ranked team is in the top 10 of either poll, the conference is credited with 2.5 wins for a "super" win.
3) A conference gets credit for 1 win if it beats an unranked team from any G5 conference. BYU and Army are regarded as G5 teams.
4) A conference is docked 1 loss if its team loses to any OOC opponent. If the opponent is FCS, the conference is docked 2 losses for an "awful loss".
5) A conference gets NO credit for wins against FCS opponents. The idea is to weed out "rent a win" scenarios.
6) Rankings are determined by overall won-loss percentage.
