We have a chance at going bowling.

Yes, Cook was the difference. But i am considerably more optimistic about the rest of the season now than i was this morning.

As I said before season started, we have a shot at going to a bowl because our Defense and Running game. Next week at Maryland will be big, we will be underdogs but have a good chance at a win

USF showed something today I think. I'm not taking UC vs USF lightly by any means.

RE: USF vs FSU- Game Day
So USF once again has an excellent defense... Flowers has more upside that White but is still a little bit of a project. great 1st half. This game reminded me of Maryland last year... USF was always in it... but could never quite get momentum to turn completely there way. USF is loaded at tailback. Freshmen Tight end should have prevented that end zone interception...that was a real weak effort. Hope he is ok though.. the hit he took on the last play was brutal. This USF team should be very competitive in conference play. USF Uni's were awesome. The targeting call against #43 was BS.

Good luck the rest of the way.

Flowers was really hurt by dropped passes. I can think of at least 3 that would have been long gainers and extended drives that were flat dropped. This is likely the toughest defense he'll face all year so I think he'll put up good numbers this year.

He was also off on some throws but I expect him to get better as time goes on. That was a very good and fast defense we went up against today.
