I highly doubt it. The freaks are running the asylum & don't want anything to get out.
So what are they going to do...kill him...he'll have an "accident".
If he is as good a guy as everyone says, he will spill what he knows and refuse a nondisclosure settlement. If he doesn't, he should receive the same treatment on this board that Mackin has received.
He is a good guy, and no he won't. You don't get another job in athletics by throwing your ex-employer under the bus publicly, no matter how how badly they deserve it. As it is being fired is not something you want on your record no matter what the circumstances. He probably was too pro UAB and pro football to suit Ingram and Watts.
Anyone will want to wait to determine if Ingram is the right man for the AD's job? Does anyone want to defend him now

RE: Speculation Based on a Tweet from Tim is that Ealy is out
Okay, this how I see this situation now - either Ingram is part of this or he will leave as soon as he can find another job, any respectable job. Or maybe he won't even wait that long.
If he supported getting rid of Shannon, no matter whose idea it was, then he will stay and we will now for sure he is one with Watts and the BOT.
If he is gone soon, we will know he had some integrity after all. No respectable administrator allows others to dictate how he does his job and who he can have on his team. If he does, when he fails, and he will fail, he will be the one to take the blame and his chances future meaningful employment in the same field will be dashed.
Besides, how can you look yourself in the mirror if you remain in that kind of situation? Of course we could ask the same question of Watts? Which is exactly why we will know that Ingram is Watts clone if he stays.

True, which makes me worry that much more about Clark.

I think that what is becoming clear is that Ingram is not his own man. He's doing exactly what he is told to do.

You didn't say that about Brian Mackin.

You didn't say that about Brian Mackin.
First of all, I didn't say much one way or another about Brian Mackin.
Second, go back read what I said and you will discover that I was not one of those who piled on. My only problem with Mackin is that he didn't warn some of us about what was going. I know from reliable sources that he fought hard behind the scenes (that was his style), and when he lost he quit. I'm sure he isn't ashamed of the face in his mirror, which is probably more than can be said of Watts and Ingram.
Third, I will say it now - Brian Mackin would be a fool if he open up about what he knows went on behind the scenes, and doubly foolish since he signed a air tight NDA. Thankfully, we know quite a bit about what went on during that time.

I "know" from reliable sources that he had already given up months before the announcement.
Funny thing about reliable sources.
