I have been to Greenville (home of the Darke county fair and Maid rites) and yes it is a small little country town.
I think you are being a little disingenuous however. Piqua and Sidney would be bigger and closer to Minster than Greenville if my recollection is correct.
Hell, during the Octoberfest (with half gallon jugs of beer) my guess is Minster's population soars north of 13K.
Sidney is closer (but I don't know about bigger). Piqua would be about the same distance. I did say "one of" the largest cities.
Word is we get 90,000 for Minster Oktoberfest (I think I am going to have a sizable percentage of the UC band sleeping on the floors of my house). That may be the total of the three days, however, so maybe only 30,000 at any one time.
