This is not meant to paint as LEO's as Philistines, but could be related to the entitlement mentality that the very small minority in this profession has that may relate to these scandals we see in the news with the unarmed shootings of civilians by police. I assume a psych exam and profiling must be done on each person entering a police unit. However, my suspicion is that this may not be the case.

Just want to point out all the hypocrisy we'll see today being that it is 9/11. Lots of the same folks honoring the falling cops/firefighters from that day will be the same ones telling cops die pigs die, etc.

I hope that doesn't happen today. The only reason I posted this story is because it just happened yesterday - at least was reported yesterday.

Cops and firefighters play critical roles in our neighborhoods. I think they all deserve respect for what they do - especially since most aren't getting rich doing this type of work.
