Makes no sense. That cluster of storms to the west has made no move to the east and toward the stadium, basically moving north, north east and shouldn't affect this game.

So the cells over the Everglades are in the same place but now the game resumes? Okay. I am the first one to say you shouldn't mess around with lightning, but this delay was pretty silly.

Yesterday here in Atlanta a storm cell moved in to downtown and south to the airport in a couple of minutes out of seemingly nowhere. The sky went to overcast to black in 3 minutes and suddenly there was lightning hitting the ground within yards of people no buildings. We are talking several dozen strikes. And then 4 inches of rain from nowhere. So if that moves in over a college football stadium, how do you evacuate 30k to 110k safely in 2 minutes?

Driskel is more of a pocket passer QB. It's a change-up for UM defense. I am not sure they were preparing for this.
