Temple
I don't respect Temple. I don't care much for Temple. You don't want to know what we say about Temple.

Here's what I will tell you. You will not beat Cincinnati. Not this time. Not ever. And not in Cincinnati's stadium. The stadium will be filled with thousands screaming with all the joy, all the pain, and all the energy needed to find triumph in this football game.

Cincinnati will crush Temple. Cincinnati break Temple. Cincinnati will break Temple in half. And when it is over, Temple will tell everyone else what we know.

The road to the championship runs through Cincinnati. Cincinnati.

Duane speaks in riddles, he rambles, he is incoherent at times, and sometimes he's simply brilliant in a childlike simple way. lol

Temple does not want to go to war with Cincinnati. This will be an annihilation. This will be a magnificent football display by Cincinnati that will embarrass Temple.

I don't know what Temple will do.

The road to the championship runs through Cincinnati. Cincinnati.

Do we really need a whole thread for Duane's nonsense? Can't you just post it in the Temple prediction thread, Duane?

You'll never guess what team allowed the most tackles-for-loss in the nation Saturday.

It's Temple -- PSU had 15 TFLs on D yesterday.

To be fair, we ran really deep off tackle plays for much of the 4th quarter. Our play calling towards the end was entirely running as much clock as possible. I don't think we opened up much of our playbook at all.

Temple does not know what is going to happen in the game. I don't want to hear you Temple. This is going to be a game that Cincinnati will win by a margin that Temple will never forget.

RE: Temple
its why they play the games...

I think it goes to show that Temple liked to run on first down.... and often did have a long way to go.

1st drive 1st play TFL on screen play 2 yards

2nd drive tfl on first play (run) 2 yards

4th drive 2nd play same screen play 2 yard loss
4th drive 6th play 3rd and 1 ran for 2 yard loss

5th drive 1st play fumble

6th drive 1st play run 2 yard loss
6th drive 6th play sack (for loss)

(before half)
7th drive 1st down run for 3 yard loss
7th drive 2nd down run for 1 yard loss

8th drive 1st down run for 3 yard loss

10th drive 5th play pass for 3 yard loss

12th drive first play run for 3 yard loss
12th drive fourth play run for 2 yard loss

13th drive first play run for 3 yard loss
13th drive 3rd play QB (run 2 yard loss)

14th drive first play run for 4 yard loss
14th drive 4th play (new 1 st down) run for 3 yard loss)

end game

Holy crap...that is a pic of the first UC game I attended at Nippert. We went to a road game and tied UL that season 17-17. I had forgotten all about the tie at Nippert. I bet I thought all UC games ended in 17-17 ties.

Awesome.
