Sat when ESPN was going over the day's results and talking about Kansas losing to an FCS team, they showed a list of Kansas' best chances to win a game the rest of the season. We were their best chance at 34%, based on ESPN's Football Power Index. That was before out game was over, but I doubt that our win over MO St would change the ranking much. I think the next best chance was 17%.

SDSU beat Missouri State by 4 last season. Maybe Mo State is worse this year, and maybe SDSU got better. But there's not a 40-50 point difference between those teams by any means.

FWIW, according to "BennettRank" ( an objective source), Missouri St is projected to win one game while SDSU is predicted to win ten games. If valid, then SDSU is considerably better than Missouri St.
