The kid's told he's made the 53-man roster one day and is cut the next. The NFL is as cut-throat as they come. I'm still hoping he'll make a practice squad this year.

He has a chance. He cleared waivers and the Saints have 1 practice squad spot left.

Chris Boswell made 4 FG's in final preseason game against Pats but Giants cut him over-the-weekend as Brown is healthy again. Really hope he gets a shot as kickers do seem to come/go more frequently than other positions.
