OKAY, here's Xbox Media Center (XBMC) -- or now named Kodi.
http://kodi.tv/download/
Download it for your operating system there (check out screenshots, it's pretty cool).
With Kodi aka "XBMC", you can get an assortment of plugins (or "add-ons") to install into the Video section.
You'll want to find the Navi-X video add-on for XBMC:

Next, you'll want to install the Navi-X add-on within Kodi. Load Kodi... and:
Quote:Once XBMC is installed open it and click on System > Addons > Install from Zip file. Select the location on your computer where you saved Navi-X and select the zip file.
After installing, go to the Video section, then go to the Video Add-ons.... Navi-X will be there. Click on that. Within Navi-X, a whole other "world" within... click on Start NaviX. Then click one the icon of latest viewed in 24 hours. It lists people's-made video outputs & video links. Go to "hifi 2007 live streaming". Within that, it shows lots of channels it outputs. Keep scrolling. You'll find the B10 network.
LOTS of stuff to watch via Navi-X, if you so choose.
