Earlier this year I watched most of the second half of Coastal Carolina and Furman and they had Sam Wyche doing color, but I didn't catch who was the PBP guy and they were better than most of the crews that ESPN has on TV these days.


A few years ago I caught a Denver Broncos preseason game on the NFL network and Verne Lundquist was doing the PBP for that and he was actually enjoyable to listen to doing that. Maybe it's SEC policy that he has to be the way he is on the CBS games.

The entire booth of Mark Jones and Rod Gimore is turrible. The following color guys are hard to listen to: Brock Huard, Dan Hawkins, Mack Brown, Jesse Palmer.

My favorite team is by far Nessler and Blackledge-they are so good.
