Our coaching staff
Heard Dantonio say on radio today we are a "well-coached team."

He's not a guy who talks in "coach speak" or says something he doesn't really mean.

That's good enough for me.

RE: Our coaching staff
Yeah, well, that isn't a grand compliment -- a very common one a coach spits out about another coach. But yeah, you're right, he isn't lying. At the same time, one wouldn't have to. We have the MAC Coach of the Year on our end, so it's not reaching out to say that common line. But, anything is good to hear from Dantonio, of course.

Did he say anything about "They have a good running back, and we have to stop their run," or "They have two good receivers, especially one of them and we have to contain that as well"?

Yes. Complimented both Braverman and Davis (and Terrell), as well as some of our defensive personnel.

FWIW, Kalamazoo channel 3 did an awesome piece on Terrell and his community service commitments yesterday. He's one impressive guy, on the field and off.

I'm just impressed that we've held the main pieces of this staff together for the 3rd year now. We'll see what happens after this year, but it's great to see continuity with the assistants.

I'm happy with the way our staff seems to be able to motivate. This team fights for 60 minutes.

I think they made a mistake at the end. Davis had no business being the guy they threw too. He damn near collapsed before that time out. Should have brought someone fresh like Thompson or Gouldbourne to run a fade.

I just wish Braverman had caught that ball. Man...

04-cheers True but the bottom line is we were two plays away from beating the #5 team in the country. This team can still have a really nice season. t was heartbreaking but a GREAT DAY TO BE A BRONCO. Disappointed that the students could not fill their side as as usual the majority were gone by end of 3rd quarter. THIS TEAM DESERVES BETTER SUPPORT FROM THEIR OWN FELLOW STUDENTS.

Spoken like an alum who was student in a different era. I don't disagree but apparently they do and that's what matters.

Students are definitely different now than back in the 60's, to party & drink is a big deal to them.

This is sad, but cheering for your team is not important to them.

I was there. The difference is that back in the 50's and 60's, the game WAS the party! There were plenty of other hours during the week to get your drink on.

I don't know. I read the police report that said there 7500 students on Michigan Ave at 2AM. That's partying at a Prefontain Pace while following the PROCESS of getting lit while not getting $hit faced.u

RE: Our coaching staff
Since they started Pre-Game and resumed in 3rd Quarter, that must be Elite!
