True Frosh going against one of the best DL's in the country, he played very well for the most part. Missed a few blocks, but that's to be expected. He showed great poise and understanding of our Offense for a freshman.

Wow. What an eye opener for a true FR. He won't line up against many D's like that in his career. If he graded out as a C - that's great.

He'll win multiple all MAC awards

I was isolating my views on him for much of the night on TV and wow...he held his own..plus..can't remember any false starts or timing issues of any significance. The espn announcers didn't seem to wake up until late in the fourth...2 minutes left before one said..hey, if wmu scores here they are an onsides kick away from something major happening...ah duh... But that offensive line is going to be pretty damn fun to watch the rest of this season

Still IMO the best front 4 we face all year. OSU might have a better overall defense, but not a DLine

I am actually a bit disappointed in the left side of the line. I thought Beavers and Kristoff would have a little better showing despite the tremendous line they were facing. Chukes was dealing with Calhoun most of the night and did pretty well. I do think that Terrell in the first half had a couple sacks on him, but overall I dont think we have much to complain about.

Jason Sylva to me really shined when he came in.
