On this mornings Drive Time "Doug and Wolf" show they indicated that Earl was going to get the start at Right Tackle for the time being. On the interview Earl indicated that this is his chance to make it or break it.

If you look at the depth chart for the Cardinals, they've got Watford listed as the starter at right tackle (and as the backup at right guard). Cardinals have a first rounder in Cooper at one guard and highly regarded Mike Iupati at the other starting guard.

Jordan Stanton spent most of 2014 without a team. He was cut in mid-september but was brought back in December. He was also cut on the Giants this morning on there way down to 75.

Akeem Jordan and Mike Caussin are both without teams (not sure if Caussin is IR'd again with Skins), but ostensibly still on the fringes of the league.

Good list, good thread BDK.

Good list, good thread BDK.

Last I saw on either was Caussin was on Skins IR last year and Skins waived Jordan in Nov..

Sage Harold passed the first round of cuts with the Skins. They've had some injuries at OLB, so here's hoping he can stick.

RE: 2015 Dukes in the NFL thread
Moats and Watford are listed in the depth chart as starters; Wells is on IR; Marlowe shows up second on the depth chart at strong side safety (meaning he should make the team out of camp); Stanton is cut; and both Harold and Brown are listed at 4th string for their respective teams (which does not bode well and makes them possible practice squad candidates).

RE: 2015 Dukes in the NFL thread
Douglas McNeil is still in camp with the Seahawks as a WR. If you are in the "Once a Duke, Always a Duke" camp...he was a JMU alum. RS in '07 and saw a little playing time in '08, mainly on special teams. I remember him always jumping up and down on the sidelines trying to get people into the game. Anyway, after his RS F year, he was ruled academically ineligible. He took a year off (since he couldn't transfer anywhere), played for Bowie St for 3 years, played in the arena league for a few years, and made the Seahawks practice squad sometime last year, I believe. Seems to be doing pretty well this year, but isn't on the depth chart, so he'll probably be practice squad again.

Daniel Brown blocked a punt and then caught the would be game tying TD tonight if they had decided to kick the extra point. 3 total catches.

Good time to flash for the practice squad. That's the goal for UDFAs.

5 tackles (2nd on team) for Marlowe tonight and 1 pass deflected. Seems to still be getting solid playing time. Looks like he could be sitting in that #2 SS spot.

Earl Watford had a very good game last night. Granted it wasn't against Mr. Watt but he will be the starter at Right Tackle week 1 and most likely through at least week 3. Bobby Massie is suspended 3 weeks and if Earl can play well it might be hard for the Cardinals to remove him from the starting lineup.

Brown cut today on the Ravens way down to 53. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...ts-tracker

I'd be surprised if they don't sign him to the practice squad on Sunday. If they don't I'm sure someone else will pick him up. He's made too many good plays the past couple weeks.

He will get signed by someone. The NFL loves size and he has it

Sage Harold was cut as well.

Based on his mom's reaction on Twitter, it seems like Dean might have made the 53 man roster.

Hopefully Sage and Daniel flashed just enough to earn a PS spot. Would be awesome to see Dean make the final 53 in Carolina!
