Huh, we're running three kickers per game. Different kicker for each type of kick.

RE: Official Two Deep for MSU
True freshmen French, Watson, Bellamy, Jackson, Finley, Assoua, Beal, Tranquill all on the 2-deep. More will see playing time, such as Curtis. Very young team still.
Ernsberger and Mullinax at TE is concerning, but we mostly use the position as an extra blocker anyway.
Bellamy listed as a RB, but we'll probably see him out of the slot more often than not.
Andre Turner listed above Braster. Possible typo? Lingering injury from the spring? Interesting to see so many freshmen on the D-line considering our depth there.
Caleb Bailey listed above JaKevin Jackson for the 2nd team WILL spot.
Jarvion Franklin on kick returns? Would rather have a Phillips/Braverman combo.

I think the one last week was unofficial (observations from our beat writer)

Surprised Bellamy isn't returning kicks... hate Franklin taking kick returns, but maybe our RB's are that deep.

Ernsberger played TE in high school. Glad to see he's there instead of battering ram on goal line situations. That was a waste of his ability.

Wasn't a knock on Ernsberger, just would rather have Boyden in there.

I don't think the TE is intregal in Flecks offense. I think it should be, but maybe he just hasn't found one capable of stretching the field

Boyden was a great blocker last year, as good as anyone else on the line. Got out in front of a lot of Franklin's runs. The TE position hasn't been utilized in the passing game much (yet) though, you're right...

Earl retired quite awhile ago. Quite a PG and had several cups of java in the league as you know.
Boyden however has a bum wheel and likely will redshirt or call it quits at the end of the year. There is no shortage of TE's in the program.
