Now being said on the Coastal board that there is a press conference scheduled for 1 p.m. tomorrow. We all know what that means.

BREAKING: early reports claim "historic press conference" is coming mid-day tomorrow at Coastal Carolina. Could Chants announce FBS?

I want to say this shows me the conference leaders can work together. Obviously western members (or at least most of them) had to vote for this to happen. So it says alot about the ability of our 11 schools to come together and get something done.

I heard the same thing from our guy in the know.

Rather impressed that they kept it quiet a full 24 hours (I say that legit, not trying to sound like an a$$).

I will wait until after the official announcement tomorrow before I relate on what we heard regarding FB stadium plans at Coastal Carolina.

its been talked about to death, we all knew for the last couple of months this was going to happen, never a question of if, but when.

Yeah not as much chatter as when TXST, App St, and GS were added. Barely any CCU posters coming around, none pimping their school, or showing much excitement. Maybe after it's official.

Maybe some peeps are disappointed and don't feel like discussing it...😐

Seen some tweet from Coastal fans stating they weren't going to get to excited until the official announcement.

If I had it my way NMSU would have been a full member from the start.

While I am very disappointed NMSU won't be added, I am happy to welcome CCU to the conference. When you expand your stadium, please go back to green turf.
