the funniest thing I remember (and I think about it every time I pull that dvd out and watch it) about that bammer game is afterwards, there was a wad of gumps walking through the old HH lot to where their charter busses were parked by the coliseum and one ol' gal looked over at us celebrating the win and saying "yeah well yall didn't do sh!t cuz we suck!"

to this day I just like to imagine that was Phyllis from the Pawwwlll Fineburg Show

LOL!! Actually, it was Danny Glover, not Sam Jackson, though I think Sam Jackson was in Loaded Weapon, a Lethal Weapon Spoof.

I was at all of those games and I agree with the OP that the 1967 Mississippi game should have been included as well as the win against a ranked Auburn team for the second year in a row.
