I know this is not directly football related - but I like the moves President Baker is doing to strengthen the University. The stronger NIU is and the more students engaged and retained - the more this will help the athletic department.

Will do, but i will be coming in maybe 15-20 mins late due to a class. Will anyone be attending start to finish or leaving early? We can cobble together the whole thing with our experience combined

I deal with a lot of high school students who ask me questions about NIU and one of the biggest ones is the "retention/why don't people stay at NIU" or "is it that bad" question (obviously it's not).

Great to see Dr. Baker addressing and working to fix that!!
