SEC Football Predictions 2015
The SEC West will be incredible to follow this season with teams 1-6 having a good shot at the title.

The East will be UGA and UT at the top and the rest of the conference battling for spots 3-6.

Vandy will be last.

How do you see the conference playing out?

Here's our preview:

WPS to that although I think next year with a better QB and WRs the hogs will have a better chance.

You gotta add Mizzou with UGa and Tenner for the east

SEC West is wide open so i wont say it cant happen but I like several other teams odds better to take the crown.

RE: SEC Football Predictions 2015
This year has Georgia-SEC Champs written all over it...the SEC East will be the weakest it's been in years. Georgia gets South Carolina, Alabama, and Mizzou early between the Hedges. Tennessee will be a tough road game....I don't think Florida has the guns this year. They end their SEC slate at Auburn, but I definitely think they conquer the East, and probably beat LSU in SEC Championship

The SEC West?? It will be a gauntlet of pain and endurance....enjoy the moment though, because we're witnessing one of the toughest divisions in the history of college football....There literally is not a bad team

bless your heart, Hawg fan. 01-ncaabbs I certainly have higher hopes than usual this season, but last night put a damper on it for a bit. We looked great for 75% of the game last night but man was that other 25% awful. To be fair, we had three starters out and freshman all over the defensive field, and are still building our depth to SEC competitive levels that previous staffs never even came close to achieving. Hopefully we are on our way!

Stoops has really proven he can recruit. What he has been able to do in Ohio speaks volumes. It's only a matter of time before he is able to turn Kentucky into a competitive football program year in and year out. I just hope that the fanbase gives him enough time to do it.

No doubt, it is such an obvious play for us to recruit Ohio heavily, if there is one single advantage we have versus the rest of the SEC, it's being the northernmost team, and our proximity to some of the Big Ten states who may have some recruits who like the allure of playing in the SEC, and it isn't rocket science to figure this out, when UK had a pretty good run under Jerry Claiborne, it was heavily done with Ohio and PA recruits, and no reason why we shouldn't have been doing this all along. UK fans are definitely patient though, and very loyal fans, I don't think there will be issues with regards to that.

I saw a lot of Arky's game from the other night, you guys looked great, definitely looks like you are taking the next step this year.

I also like where Kentucky is going. I don't know about 9 wins, but I certainly expect to see them in a bowl game.

The season will be decided against Louisville, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee

Yep, that tends to be the prevailing thought, though many have subbed Missouri for South Carolina, alongside UofL, UF and UT, as the four most key games, as all those are considered swing games and all four are in Lexington, whereas the SC game is at their place.

The schedule isn't bad at all for us to make a big step this year, we play Georgia in Athens but besides that, the other three road games are SC, Miss St, and Vandy. I am not saying that UK is the favorite by any means against SC or MSU, but I don't think it's completely ridiculous to consider we may win in those places. I'd like to think we'll beat Vandy but no win is a given in the SEC on the road, especially for us haha. Our other nonconference games, besides the just-played UL-Lafayette, are Charlotte, Eastern Kentucky and the aforementioned Louisville. I, and I think most UK fans, will consider this year a success if we can find five more wins in this schedule and make a bowl this year... though we won't complain with more wins 02-13-banana

RE: SEC Football Predictions 2015
Winner of the UK vs USC game will wind up finishing 3rd or 4th in the East with the momentum to really get them going on the recruiting trail for next season.

Tenner hosting the Sooners will be a litmus test for Butch.

LSU and Mississippi State will be fun. I still don't think Dak can carry his team through the West this season. We'll find out Saturday.

Florida hosting East Carolina would have been a Muschamp firing watch party if he was still there. The new coach and offense looks good enough to beat ECU.

Mizzou visits the Sun Belt's Arkansas State 03-confused

The rest of the games should be blowouts.

I felt sorry for you today Hawghiggs. It's not a season ender, but it certainly set back the perception of the direction of the program. I didn't feel sorry for us today. We have a kid on the bench who is the son of a former AU quarterback whose passing skills are exceptional. But since Johnson was pre anointed it is hard for Malzahn's ego to admit he's playing the wrong kid. I think it's a bit late to start the backup, but if we don't it's going to get real ugly pretty soon. L.S.U. would be a baptism under fire but the kid we are starting has absolutely no fundamental skills. There is no deception on the read option, no quick reaction time, and a total inability to read the defense. It's quite possibly the worst AU QB situation of my lifetime.

I think what we learned today was that Tennessee is actually better than expected in spite of their choke. Georgia will steadily improve and they are good already. And that Alabama, A&M, Ole Miss and L.S.U. will be the ones fighting it out for the West. Miss State can't keep up, Auburn has no chance without someone to deal the ball on offense, and you guys are far from gelling.

The one thing that we have grown to be known for is power running game and we can't even do that.
