These games are all on LHN...I watched the first two sets today where Rice blew leads late. My turning it off guaranteed the Rice comeback. BTW I will never ever watch anything on LHN that does not involve Rice.

Great win by the Owletts over LSU. Pretty special. It shows they can compete with anyone in the nation.

Ginny Volpe is doing a great job with the volleyball program. My girl did one of her camps this summer and had a blast and can't wait to do another one next summer (and she just made her 8th grade middle school team so it helped her game).

My wife went to Penn State and we've watched a lot of VB over the last few years. We're no where near that level yet but these were two nice wins. Beating a CA team is always good. It was nice to have a chance to see the women play, LHN notwithstanding.

Welcome to Austin, Rice Owls.
I didn't see the games...were they at the Erwin Center or Gregory?

What a great day for the Volleyball team! I've been a season ticket holder for 5 years now, and have become a big fan. This is far and away the best start to a season we've had in a long time (at least since I've been following them). Winning two matches on the road against LSU and UCI has got to be great for our confidence. I'm really looking forward to seeing this year's team at Tudor.

John was one of my favorite players of that era. What a banger....
