Wow. He got offers from MSU, ND and UW among others.

He had a season ending injury last year and is coming off an injury this spring...obviously he will have to sit out a year, so we'll see if he can recover.

Did he get a medical redshirt last year or no? I'm assuming he could use that this year if he didn't?

Posted this in the recruiting thread too but I'm wondering if he wants a shot at QB. Might even make more sense depending what his injuries have been and how they'll affect him running the ball.

He's is (at least was) a beast. I somewhat remember him from Rita.IU recruited him to be "an athlete" I think, like Randle El. They also had a stud WR ly or year before, think he went to ND.

is he on campus yet?

From watching him play high school football he is definitely a scrambling QB that is not afraid to take a hit. Not a great arm but he reminded me of Lynch when he played. I hope that he works out at QB. That would be exciting to watch!

It couldn't hurt. Golladay was two years ahead of him so they were teammates at one time.

Seem to be good at getting multiple guys from the same high schools, like Lee/Mosley, Myers/Hughes, Folliard/Evans, TLL/Lurry/Saffold.

I think Tommy transferred in to Rita as a senior as his junior videos are from Shepard.

I think he went to Richards HS his junior year. The same as Spears?

So are we expecting him to play QB then?

He was an ISU commit until their RB coach was fired (along with the OC?) so he questioned that commitment and went with IU.


His injury was in the preseason of his true FR year.

So he can't play this year (right?) but has 3 years remaining. We will see on what position in the spring.

Seems like he can play multiple positions. Always good for more competition.

Athletically he looks like a strider. More straight speed than good feet. Not sure a QB. I see IU had him listed as a RB. To me his throwing motion is more like Maddie, different.
