I am shocked at the level of our opponents. That schedule will not prepare us for conference play. Better off just having a longer practice.

I am surprised the MAC office allowed us to schedule four non-D1 programs.

Its not like the MAC is going to get an at large bid...so might as well build any kind of excitement with getting some early W's. That way by the time the students come back from winter break they will actually show up to the games and help improve the atmosphere for the rest of the fans.

I understand not being able to schedule power conference type teams, they truly are not returning phone calls, but wow this is just incredible, I have never seen a schedule like this from an NIU basketball program before. Essentially the MAC portion is the biggest part I realize, but this certainly will not gen up any enthusiasm you are right about that dekalb222. I think season tickets should have been discounted this year with that schedule.

No more going .500 and being 170 in the RPI, half of the non-conf games wont even count for that

Judson, Roosevelt, Eureka and Indiana Northwest, you should only be playing two of them. Last years home non-conference was bad but this is a joke. CMU had a schedule like this last year and again this year. They had a great season so what do I know! I love the 18-home games. I hope the Saturday games are at 7pm.
