I was asking because they show the Premier League Extra Time games on those channels, and I figured that's where the ESPN3 games would go.

I haven't seen anything specific released from providers yet...just the ESPN info and twitter conjecture...where the GamePlan info is from.

This is amazing. Means every AAC football and basketball conference game will be on TV.

Much better than just ESPN-3 alone. The exposure just keeps getting better of the AAC. That said, the big winners might be the MAC and Sunbelt who are loaded with ESPN 3 games.

There was a charge for the Game Plan Package. Will there be a charge to get the ESPN 3 game package or will it be free and included in your service?

sounds like its included in your package, just as the internet access to espn3 was last year. this is pretty good news

Could be, as far as "biggest" winner. But, it is reassuring that ALL available AAC games are being picked up vs. one SBC and no MAC games (FCS games are getting selected over some SBC/MAC options).

As for the cost of the package, please contact your pay TV provider. U-Verse says they'll offer ti subscribers in select base packages plus those subscribing to their sports package. From the providers listed in the release, or specifically not listed, Comcast/Xfinity, Cablevision and Dish may not be carrying it on September 5th. Again, contact your pay TV provider. They'll know.

ESPN is also subbing MAC games to ASN. Based on contractual requirements and that all available week one AAC games have been selected for ESPN College Extras, I'm guessing the footprint is bigger than ASN. As ASN grows, they may become an outlet for AAC games if ESPN can make a buck off of it.

If this is in HD and Comcast picks it up it will be great. Fingers crossed.

between that and my other dish sports channels I have UC covered

US too! With 7 kiddos, our DVR rents for prime $ (above and beyond chores). With ESPN3, they can't hold sports over hubby's head. I'm afraid HDTV (read me) is the weak link.

I watch it when a Louisville is on it. It is not that often but it bets not seening the game at all.
