MyBB UNT Will Spend $5.5 mil on Super Pit upgrades
Much needed upgrades. Concourse lighting, concessions, painting, replace outdoor signage, etc. Its about time!

Seems like the first post in a long time about UNT. Where are all the UNT fans?

They definitely have been quiet. There used to be a fair amount of them here. Have barely even seen UNT referenced this summer.

After last year's football and basketball seasons, there's not much to be said right now.

Sad, but true...

The seats at the Pit are awful...well, awful small. Tell me that they are replacing those? Southwest Airlines provides wider seating on their airplanes(at least the seats in the area I was in). Though, SWA doesn't have that nice cup holder.

Other than the seats...the Pit is nice. Every seat seems right above the court.
What are they using the old fb stadium for?

Track and field. It will be torn down in the near future and a new track facility will be built.
As for lack of posters, it just ain't easy being green lately. But, I am sure that if we have any kind of success soon, our usual handful of jackasses will come out of the word work and make you miss these quiet times. Just ask the Sun Belters.

Coming off a Heart of Dallas bowl win in 2013, laying an egg last season, bad recruiting, and terrible scheduling, UNT fans are not very happy right now.
