MWC went 10-2 on the week. UNLV almost pulled off their win, and Wyoming do have troubles with the Dakota schools in the past.

Did anybody mention Notre Dame totally destroying Texas? If ND stays healthy they are taking a playoff spot for sure!

Texas hasn't been good since Colt McCoy was on campus.

Hey, come on, they havn't fallen. I was just being a smart ass. It's just week 1 and Temple may actually be a very good team this year. We don't know yet.

I think it's a combination of both. I think Temple's going to be better than anticipated, and I think Penn State's going to be down again this year.

Of course they have fallen, they're being compared to Vandy, it was only a matter of time before the loss of scholarships caught up to them. They will be back in a few years though.

Marshall was an 8 pt. favorite. So the score line isn't really laughable. They did what they needed to do against a weaker opponent who, from the sound bites, seemed to make this game their superbowl.

G5 over P5. Purdue has an *enormous* monetary and exposure advantage over Marshall. Purdue not being favored was just Vegas' way of also crapping on the Boilermakers.
