I just finished reading Dr. Lynne Cheney's book on the life of James Madison. I highly recommend it to all my JMU friends. I learned a tremendous amount about the development of our Constitution and Bill of Rights and about James Madison. He was a brilliant man. Enjoy.

Then you will really enjoy the love/hate relationship between the two.

It was eye opening to me how Washington, Jefferson and others would rely on Madison to write responses and speeches for them. Often, as a ghost writer.

Just ordered one on Amazon. Will be reading it on the beach in no time.
