It does not seem serious, but he alluded to "T" grades. Grades can be altered at Rutgers AFTER the semester is complete by doing extra work. Is this common on campuses today? I never heard of doing something AFTER the semester to boost a grade. Im sure the 4.0 guys are not doing any work AFTER the semester. It seems odd to have an environment where you can improve your grade after the fact.

I believe it actually is pretty common as long as the professor agrees to adjust the grade. I remember this example in particular...
