Season ticket sales for Belt teams
Just wondering what kind of season ticket numbers other schools have. Our goal this year is 7000. I think we are about 250 short of that right now. Last year we were at about 6100 so we are going in the right direction. Our AD has said when we reach 10000 we will pursue another expansion.

How about other schools in the Belt?

AState's goal is 10,000 season tickets for this year and we are pretty close from what I'm hearing. Long term, we are shooting for 15,000 by 2018.

We have sold more than last year. That's all we know.

I think the Cajuns were right about 14,000 last year. With the oil prices right now we've had a number of layoffs in the area so if we can get close to last years I'd mark that up as a win. The last number I heard was we were about 12,500 right now.

We sold around 13k last year... We are currently about a 1000 away from that right now with a couple weeks to go. With the way the oilfield is right now, if we reach 13k again I would consider that a success.

We were 8600 as of a week ago today. Should be over 9000 by now at the pace tickets were selling. We've priced season tickets in such a way that if you buy a Mizzou ticket, you might as well buy a season ticket.

I am very envious of you guys getting a SEC team at home. Every home/home we have signed so far has been with a MAC team or Massachusetts.

Don't forget we've got Miami coming in 2017 as well, and Iowa State a few years after that.

I would guess the pricing for Miami would be the same as Missouri. I doubt Iowa st will though. But with inflation, it could be close since we don't play them until around 2042. While I look forward to the SMU, UNLV, Toledo, and Tulsa games, they will like have just a little bump, but not as much as Missouri and Miami.

For NMSU:

Quote:As of Wednesday, there were roughly 3,000 season tickets sold for the 2015 season. Assuming a 100 percent renewal rate in addition to corporate accounts, NMSU believes the school will match last year’s 5,326 season ticket sales.

You'd think that would be open record, unless I'm missing something here. Public institution, right?

First time for me also. I always made two or three games each year but this year I decided to take the plunge and buy season tickets for the whole family.
